Our skilled teams of residential support workers provide support to adults with developmental delays, mental health concerns, addictions, and often severe behavioral challenges including aggression.

Oversees the overall care of persons served in the home. Participates as part of the team responsible for the efficient functioning of residence operations on both an individual and group basis. The Residential Support Worker enhances and rehabilitates the quality of life for persons served by ensuring that their placement, social, educational, health, emotional/behavioral, and cultural needs are met. Case management, life skills support, behaviour management, hygiene assistance, medications, and community inclusion are all aspects of this position.
Applicant Requirements:
- Education, training, and /experience working with persons with developmental delays and behavioral challenges
- Current clear RCMP Criminal Record Check
- BC Class 5 Drivers License
- Valid First Aid certificate (First Aid – Community Care Facilities preferred)
- Current immunization records demonstrating compliance with the province’s immunization programs including public health orders related to COVID-19;
- Clear TB test;
Compensation: $25.08/hr to start. Benefits for full-time employees are employer paid and include RRSP matching.
